Sundays, 6pm Yoga Restore

Gentle movement is added to a mix of Yin and Restorative poses and we often, quite wonderfully, don’t make it off the mat… We’ll tend to the body, slow the breath, and through all that, quiet the mind. Grab a couple of blankets, maybe an eye covering, and come get cozy! All levels and every kind of person welcome.

Sundays, 7:30p 75min Candlelight Flow & Yin

Cultivate flexibility, strength, and a peaceful mind. We start class syncing breath to movement to build just a little heat and work out the kinks. We’ll slow down and turn inward to finish with Yin yoga, caring for our connective tissues. Expect varied sequences based around themes from healthy feet to fostering creativity. Options to pursue more nourishing or more challenging variations of poses make this class suitable for all levels and to the needs of the body of the day.

Tuesdays, 8:45am Rooftop Yoga (Weather Permitting) @ YWCA Minneapolis (Downtown)

"Deepen your mind-body connection and take your practice to new heights on the Downtown Rooftop. Build strength as you connect postures with mindful breathing. Whether you have an extensive yoga practice or you’re a beginner, you’re invited to explore your own journey of self-awareness. Please bring a mat and towel. We do not have yoga mats or props available for member use at this time."
